Miley Cyrus’s, Happy Hippie Foundation
It may seem like Miley Cyrus has been staying out of the spotlight but what she`s been up to is definitely attention worthy. Miley has started up her own foundation which she has named Happy Hippie Foundation. The goal of this foundation is to bring awareness to youth homelessness. Her newly launched campaign is on both 
Facebook and Twitter. The main slogan present on these social media platforms is “young people to fight injustice, starting with youth homelessness.” This is an issue that Miley is extremely passionate about and she is striving to bring awareness to this cause and an end to youth homelessness. The first time Miley brought up this issue was when she brought Jesse Halt as her date to last years VMAs. Jesse was formerly a homeless youth. Aside from her date, Miley has been recording a series of small concerts in her own backyard. This project is called “Happy Hippie Presents.” Some of her musical concert guests include Ariana Grande, Against Me! and Joan Jett. This is a project that not only hippies but the whole world should get in on.
